Countdown to Retirement: 1 year Away

     The workshop identifies activities that should be completed one-year prior to retirement, including: reconfirming that they can afford to retire, developing a Social Security Collecting Strategy, learning the best way to pay income taxes in retirement, knowing when to sign up for Medicare, shopping for health insurance to complement Medicare, reviewing and updating their retirement plan, and planning for long-term care expenses, among others.
